Individual Counselling

All information shared is strictly confidential.

I offer both short and longer term counselling, depending on the individual clients needs and problems.

Before counselling begins I offer an initial assessment appointment in order to get to know a client and explore their issues. This is also an opportunity for clients to decide whether counselling is right for them.

Occasionally there may be a need for a client to be referred to an alternative agency for a more specific problem - I can help with making such a referral.

Counselling sessions are, thereafter, usually on a weekly basis to be agreed at the outset.

Counselling charges are as follows:-

Initial assessment appointment £30

Individual sessions £30 per session.

I offer concessions for students and those on benefits / low income. Minimum charge £15

I work from my home which is situated close to the A299 / M2. This gives easy access from Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury, Faversham and the Thanet areas.

There is ample free parking outside.
